Clean and spacious rooms. Good price for what you get. Staff is very helpful, especially the people who work in the morning. Breakfast is okay, can't really complain when it's included. Overall great stay.

My wife and I agree, this is was our favorite stay in Phoenix. VERY reasonable rates, rooms are large with living room and bedroom. Full breakfast served in the morning was a very nice start to our day. Location is perfect. Close to everything easy access. Over all, this place gets an A+. We will stay here again, for sure.

My partner and I had a pleasant stay at Hyatt Place in Chandler over the Christmas holiday. The rooms were large, clean and cozy. The highlight of our stay was an employee named Wagner who was working at the front desk, he was so helpful, kind and friendly - he really deserves recognition for this. Minus one star due to the hotel being somewhat noisy (we had to change rooms because of loud footsteps coming from the room above us) and the breakfast didn't have any gluten-free options. Overall, we had an enjoyable stay.

Great visit. Traveled to Chandler for business. The suites were clean, modern and the staff was great. Oh, and the breakfast was a great added surprise. I expected the run of the mill offerings but the variety was plentiful and hot offerings were changed daily. Overall, was a great stay.

Not dirty, but stained shower stall. If this bothers you, this is probably not the right hotel for you. Excellent breakfast near the lobby in the morning.

Modern clean rooms with h basic amenities like a refrigerator and coffee maker in room. Two TVs one in the sleeping area and one in the living/ desk area. Beds were comfy and clean. The bathroom was well stocked with towels and toilet paper. Only issue for me was the elevator was very slow for only servicing three floors.

We had a pleasant stay at the Hyatt Place Chandler and would definitely consider returning. The staff was exceptionally welcoming and professional. Our room was clean, spacious, and well-maintained, offering plenty of comfort for a relaxing stay. One aspect worth noting, however, is the sound insulation. Despite being on the second floor, we could clearly hear noise coming from the pool area as well as any activity in the hallways. It wasn’t a deal-breaker for us, but if you’re a light sleeper or seeking extra quiet, you may want to request a room away from high-traffic areas.

Not bad, rooms were decent size, bed was nice Booked with hyatt points. Better deal than cash. The ceiling is kind of low especially in the hallway. It feels like maybe they renovated sorta recently? Standard complimentary breakfast. I wish they had lights that were just a bit more yellow. The walls are already very grey/white. Parking all around the backside, whenever it gets packed. Nearby chandler-fashion mall with the round1 arcade, also a target, and costco, and a walmart nearby. Honestly, would not mind staying again.
